For instance, if I’m planning a workshop, I might start with chairs in rows for a presentation and later rearrange them into small groups for discussions. This keeps things fresh and engaging while breaking up any monotony.

If I’m feeling overstimulated, movable partitions can carve out a quiet space in minutes. This flexibility matches my need for variety and helps me stay centered throughout the day.

Tightly packed layouts are the worst. They leave me feeling trapped and mentally scattered. Open, adaptable layouts that create clear zones are very helpful. Distinct areas for mingling, activities, or seating simplify the space, making it easier to focus.
