Create a Visual Schedule

This visual schedule will remind you of your most important tasks and provide some much-needed structure, an essential component for people with ADHD.

In my experience, the more distractions I have, the more my ADHD symptoms flare up. People with ADHD must identify common workplace distractions and find ways to minimize them. ADHD can sometimes cause a person to experience scattered thoughts and have trouble focusing. Trust me, I know this from experience! If you struggle with this, you can combat it by keeping a notepad or digital note-taking app handy. Taking notes will help you stay organized and focused on your current task and prevent important thoughts from slipping away.

Design an Ergonomic Workspace

Designing an ergonomic workspace can help individuals with ADHD. Invest in a comfortable chair, ensure your computer is at your eye level, and position your keyboard and mouse to reduce strain. A well-designed workspace can help you stay physically comfortable, which can improve your mental focus.
